Rekraft Agency helps local businesses grow through digital transformation — websites, branding, and marketing automation. The agency operates an end-to-end pipeline from lead generation through delivery, with AI-assisted tooling at every stage.
The Pipeline
Lead Generation — Google Maps scraper finds local businesses in target areas and trades, automatically importing contacts into the CRM with phone, website, trade, location, and source data.
Qualification — Existing websites are scored against a structured framework assessing design, SEO, mobile responsiveness, speed, and conversion potential. Businesses without websites get tailored offerings based on available metadata.
Outreach — Automated cold email sequences warm up leads through a funnel, with follow-up triggers and re-engagement campaigns. Goal: book a discovery call.
Sales — Discovery calls are recorded and transcribed, then used to build project requirements documents. Prospects receive before/after mockups, product recommendations, and estimated ROI summaries.
Delivery — Client onboarding with questionnaires and kick-off calls, followed by production against the agreed scope with internal review checkpoints and client revision rounds.
Current Status
CRM and lead scraper built and deployed. Website scorer functional with PageSpeed API integration. Privacy policy and Terms & Conditions published at rekraft.agency. Next priorities: product offering templates, Stripe payment integration, cold outreach sequences, and client portal.
